Brief detail of activity to be recorded: The activity is a short film about a man who's life takes a turn for the worse after receiving a letter. Each part of his life falls apart over the next week until he ultimately takes his own life on the Sunday. For the most of the time there will be one character in shot apart from 2 occasions where there are 2 people exchanging dialogue.
Hazard Identification Risk and controls
Hazard: Trips and falls over cables from cameras, lighting and audio equipment
Persons affected: Camera crew including director and Sound operator. Cast
Severity: Moderate
Risk: Low
Controls: Ensure short cable runs where possible.
Use gaffer tape or other devices to ensure cables are secured.
Limit personnel entering work area with tape or other barrier
Use wireless audio where possible
